1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using any app or service provided by Beijing Huisiwei Education Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our apps or services.

If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms. We recommend that all parents/guardians review our Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or translate the apps or services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Rent, lease, or lend the apps or services
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the apps or services for commercial purposes without written permission
• Create derivative works or competitive products

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information

For Users Under 13: A parent or legal guardian must create the account. Parents retain full control and responsibility.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise abuse other users
• Post or transmit obscene, offensive, or harmful content
• Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, server, or network
• Interfere with other users' access to the app or services
• Spam, phishing, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Share or promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Cheat in games or manipulate game mechanics (using bots, exploits, etc.)

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in our apps, including text, graphics, logos, images, sound, video, code, and software, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create and share through our apps, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content for improving our services.

6. In-App Purchases & Payment

Payment Terms:

• In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• All prices are stated in your local currency at the time of purchase
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions
• You are responsible for any data charges incurred when downloading or using our apps

Subscriptions: If you choose a subscription, it automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations must be made through your app store account settings.

For Users Under 13: In-app purchases require parental consent and can be completely disabled through parental controls.

Refunds: Refund policies are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms. Contact their support directly for refund requests.

7. Content & Services Disclaimer

Our apps and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• That the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That defects will be corrected
• Performance or availability of the apps

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue apps or features at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party actions or content accessed through our apps

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the app in the past 12 months.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our apps may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites
• How third parties use your personal information
• Any damages or losses from using third-party services

Please review third parties' privacy policies and terms before using their services.

10. App Store Policies

When using our apps through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to:

• Apple App Store Terms of Service (for iOS apps)
• Google Play Terms of Service (for Android apps)
• Application-specific guidelines published by each platform

In case of conflict between these Terms and app store terms, the app store terms will apply to your relationship with that store.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our apps to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or similar harmful activities
• Engage in unauthorized collection of user data
• Participate in underage gambling or prohibited activities
• Facilitate illegal transactions

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our apps if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable law
• Engage in harmful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior
• Do not respond to violations within 30 days of notice

Upon termination, your right to use the apps immediately ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before pursuing legal action, please contact us at support@huisiweiltd.com to resolve the dispute.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Beijing, China.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our apps or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law
• Content you create or share through our apps

15. Age Restrictions & Parental Consent

Age Requirements: Our apps are intended for ages 4+ and 12+ (as labeled in respective app stores). Users under 18 require parental/guardian supervision and consent.

Parental Responsibilities: Parents/guardians are responsible for:

• Monitoring their child's app usage
• Configuring parental controls and spending limits
• Ensuring children comply with these Terms
• Contacting us about any inappropriate content or behavior

16. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our apps is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices and compliance with COPPA, GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.

17. Safety & Security

Parental Controls: We provide robust parental controls including:

18. Changes to Terms

• Request explicit acceptance for significant changes

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed. The remaining Terms will continue in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of our apps and services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
